Dr. Mikel Brown is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and seasoned author known for helping leaders and organizations translate vision into sustainable, real-world impact.
As Founder and Senior Pastor of Christian Joy Center, Dr. Brown has led the growth of a multi-campus organization and provides oversight to Evangelical Christian Church Ministries, an expansive network of independent churches operating under shared leadership and governance. His work reflects decades of experience building institutions that serve communities locally and globally.
Based in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Brown lives with his wife and family and continues to work nationally and internationally, supporting leaders who seek to build, lead, and prosper with clarity in every sphere of life.
Beyond the faith sector, Dr. Brown’s entrepreneurial leadership spans multiple industries. He has founded and led an advertising agency, a publishing company, and Dream Makers Business School and Business Center, and he is actively advancing the launch of Joy Nation Federal Credit Union.
